RCR Equity and Allyship in Practice (REAP)
As part of our commitment to supporting equity, diversity, and inclusion we developed the RCR Equity and Allyship in practice (REAP) webinar programme.
The first wave of the programme ran in 2024 and aimed to increase awareness of the background and importance of EDI in our specialities and to improve knowledge and confidence to support these principles locally. Recordings and supporting resources are freely available at the bottom of this page.
In the Autumn of 2025, a second wave of webinars was launched as part of the College's ongoing commitment to support our members and Fellows.
These webinars focus on key issues that impact our professional and personal lives and aim to foster a safer and more inclusive workplace. The topics covered were Anti-Discriminatory Practice and Psychological Safety, Sexual Safety in the Workplace and Creating a Neuroinclusive Department. Recordings and supporting resources are freely available at the bottom of this page.
