It's for everyone
Whether you’re early on in your career or would like some advice and support on navigating the next step, we recognise the value of engaging in mentoring for both mentors and mentees. This applies to individuals at all stages of their career including (but not limited to) whether you are:
- An international medical graduate (IMG) coming to work in the UK for the first time
- About to start speciality training
- Returning to work after some time away
- A speciality doctor seeking to progress to a specialist role
- About to or have just taken on a position of leadership such as becoming a new consultant, educational or clinical supervisor, Clinical Director, or similar
- Recently retired and would like to remain connected to the workforce
