Role Overview
Our leadership, management and supervision learning offer supports radiologists to develop the skills needed to lead teams, manage services and shape the future of the specialty.
We are now seeking a Clinical Radiology Leadership & Management Portfolio Lead to guide and develop this critical educational portfolio.
In this role, you will oversee course development, support Course Leads, ensure content alignment with professional standards, and identify opportunities for innovation that enhance leadership capability across the profession.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be Fellows of the RCR (by examination)
- Hold a current GMC licence and be in active UK clinical practice in Clinical Radiology
- Demonstrate experience or interest in leadership, management or supervision training
- Possess strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills
Time Commitment
The tenure for this role is three years, with an estimated maximum commitment of eight days per year. This includes meeting attendance, course oversight, and review activities.
The role offers flexibility, with work undertaken remotely and full administrative support provided by the Royal College of Radiologists Learning team.
