User testing our website
We're talking to our members and Fellows to make sure our website works for you. We're redesigning the 'MyRCR area' - so if you have an opinion on what would make a good user area of the site, and are happy to take part in user testing, please fill in the form below.
LEARN MOREWe will be conducting 10 user tests, which comprise a series of tasks that the user will be asked to perform on the website. We will take a screen recording and audio will be recorded, so the user is required to talk through their thought & decision process. This testing can be completed at a time that suits you.
Please note that we are aiming to fully represent our membership so we may not be able to gather feedback from everyone who applies. You will only hear from us if you are selected.
