New Editor for Clinical Radiology

Monday 12 March 2018

Dr Grant Baxter’s term as the Editor of Clinical Radiology will come to an end at the RCR Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 11 September 2018.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Baxter for his hard work and commitment to the journal since he took up office in 2014. There have been many developments for Clinical Radiology during Dr Baxter’s term including the recruitment of the first Trainee Editorial Board Member, an increased number of special issues focusing on current or controversial topics in the specialty, the introduction of podcasts to accompany high-profile articles and a steady rise in the journal’s Impact Factor.

While we will be sorry to say goodbye to Dr Baxter, we are very pleased to announce that Dr Mike Weston (a current Deputy Editor) has been successfully appointed as his successor. I’m sure that you will all join us in congratulating Dr Weston on his appointment and we very much look forward to continuing to work with him to ensure that the journal delivers the high-quality, educational and academic content our members have come to expect.
