The QSI Mentoring Programme

• The QSI Mentoring Programme helps imaging leads connect with experienced colleagues who can support them, share knowledge, and build confidence. The programme is based on the successful RCR mentoring schemes and aims to provide QSI Hub and Quality Mark members with an open, welcoming, and supportive space for professional development.
• QSI mentoring gives practical help, friendly support, and a community where QSI leads can learn from each other and develop their skills to improve imaging services. Mentors and mentees will be matched using a mentoring platform. Each pair will meet at least twice during a 6-month period, for at least one hour each time.
• The QSI Team will stay in touch with participants throughout the year to offer help and answer questions. There will be two chances each year to join the mentoring programme. A welcome online meeting will introduce new participants to the platform and explain what to expect.
