QSI Hub

The QSI Hub is a membership service for imaging services working towards the Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI).

Through the Hub, services are guided step by step, with support from the QSI team through our Quality Improvement Partners. Regular check-ins and tailored guidance help services understand what’s expected, track their progress and focus on areas for improvement with confidence.

The Hub also brings services together. It provides opportunities to share experiences, learn from others and explore best practice across the imaging community. Membership continues beyond the Quality Mark review, giving services ongoing access to resources, guidance and shared learning within a wider improvement‑focused network.

At its heart, the QSI Hub supports collaboration, continuous learning and lasting improvement helping services embed quality at every stage of their journey.

Hub members gain access to a comprehensive set of resources in one place including:

• The QSI handbook

• Dedicated one-to-one support from a Quality Improvement Partner

• Access to the QSI Mentoring Programme

• Standardised templates and guidance

• Audit and self-assessment tools

• An online portal to track progress and upload evidence

• Support with planning realistic goals and timelines

• Targeted support meetings shaped around each service’s needs

Working Towards QSI is an important early milestone within the QSI Quality Mark scheme. It recognises services that are actively engaging with the standards and making clear progress.

This status is awarded once a service: 

• Completes 50% of their self‑assessment within the QSI Hub.

• Demonstrates meaningful engagement with the QSI standards and highlights progress that a service has already made.

• Helps staff understand the journey and stay motivated as the service moves towards full readiness.

The QSI Hub is open to all UK imaging services working towards meeting the Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI).
