RCR launches new Quality Standards for Imaging Hub
We’re excited to launch our new Quality Standards for Imaging (QSI) Hub, providing support to imaging services and their QSI leads in the delivery of the Colleges’ Quality Mark scheme. Membership of the QSI Hub is available to all UK imaging services working towards meeting the QSI.
Jointly owned by the College of Radiographers (CoR) and The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR), the QSI is a standard-bearer for excellence in setting standards and driving quality improvement in diagnostic imaging across the UK.
The QSI Quality Mark is designed for services that have successfully implemented the QSI standards within their service and wish to seek formal recognition of their achievement.
Benefits of the QSI Hub
The QSI Hub provides services with a range of support resources that will help to facilitate their progression in meeting the QSI standards. These include:
- A designated Quality Improvement Partner who will provide dedicated advice and support and monitor your progress
- Access to your own confidential SharePoint site to begin tracking your progress against the standards and collating the relevant documentation
- A wide range of support resources and meetings
- The ability to achieve "working towards QSI" status when you have met demonstrable progression
