We are pleased to announce the publication of: Guidance on screening and symptomatic breast imaging, fifth edition

This guidance replaces the previous Guidance on screening and symptomatic breast imaging, fourth edition and has been revised to reflect new evidence and changing clinical trends. A new section on artificial intelligence has been added, which is expected to expand considerably with future editions.

The RCR extends its gratitude to Dr Eddie Gibson, Prof Gerald Lip and the Association of Breast Surgery who have reviewed and endorsed this guidance.
