Contributing at the RCR provides opportunities to get involved in interesting discussions, challenge your thinking and learn from your peers.
The Candidate Pack sets out the purpose and responsibilities of each role. We provide induction sessions to ensure you are informed and feel confident as you begin, and our dedicated and friendly staff work hard to ensure our Contributors are supported and enabled to fulfil their role effectively.
Many roles can be fulfilled online. We use Microsoft Teams and other online software to communicate, meet and work. For those roles that require in person attendance, the RCR office is modern, well-equipped and located right next to the green space of Lincoln’s Inn Fields. Travel and accommodation expenses for in person events are covered by our Travel and expenses policy.

The RCR will offer you strong support, ensuring that you are informed, feel valued, and are equipped to fulfil your role.

- information and administrative support provided by an RCR staff contact
- regular engagement opportunities with RCR staff and fellow Contributors
- RCR's Contributor Officer, providing high-level support for all Contributors
- the opportunity to attend induction sessions, providing you with all relevant information to fulfil your role effectively
- the Contributor Code of Conduct and Contributor Handbook, which provide reassurance around our expectations of conduct and personal integrity
- a commitment to cover expenses incurred, in line with our Travel and Expenses Policy
