General FAQs
Our new platform is an upgraded version of the current Learning Hub and app, designed specifically for radiologists and oncologists. It offers enhanced features and a more comprehensive learning experience.
We have made some changes to how the Learning Hub runs, including closing the RCR Learning App and launching the new and improved e-learning platform RCR Learn.
The app will be decommissioned. The mobile and tablet app shall be switched off and removed from the app store. If you already have the RCR Learn app installed, then you will need to manually uninstall it from your device.
The platform features over 375 high-quality, evidence-based learning modules covering various sub-specialties in radiology and oncology.
Content will be regularly updated to ensure it remains current and relevant to your professional needs.
The platform includes interactive courses, recorded webinars, podcasts, and case studies to cater to different learning preferences.
Yes, all content are self-paced, allowing you to learn on your schedule.
Your Learning status shows your current, pending, recommended, completed and cancelled courses. Where relevant, you may also track your progress against your CPD target in your CPD Journal .
Certificates are available for learners who complete any eligible courses.

Member FAQs
Members gain exclusive access to 95% of the content, personalised learning paths, easier navigation, enhanced search functionality, single sign-on (SSO), and accessibility features.
Members use their existing login credentials. Single sign-on (SSO) will simplify access.
Your CPD learning history will be transferred. Please note there will be a short transition period in which your CPD learning history from the past 6 months are transferred. This will be complete by the end of April.
Any CPD attachments you have previously uploaded (such as PDF certificates) will be transferred to the new platform in phases by Summer 2025.
Historic records are being transferred to the new platform by Summer 2025. If you need to access these records before then, the learning admin team will export your records on request. Please get in touch via [email protected]
CPD Journal FAQs
If your CPD history does not display recent entries, ensure that you have attached the relevant CPD certification along with the allocated hours for each entry. You can refer to page 7 of the CPD Journal Instructions for a step-by-step guide on correctly populating an entry.
To document reflections, navigate to the CPD Journal dropdown and select Record RCR course reflections. Follow the instructions provided on page 10 of the CPD Journal Instructions to ensure accurate input. Please note that CPD for course reflections is capped at two hours.
You can export your CPD history filtered by date using the Export Learning by Date function in the drop-down menu. This allows you to filter activities by a specific timeframe and download a CVS file for appraisals or revalidation.
To view the number of credits/hours awarded for each activity, download your CPD history PDF on the CPD Journal history function. This document provides a full breakdown of CPD credits associated with each uploaded entry.
If you are unable to access your CPD Journal, check that you have a valid CCT/revalidation date registered in your account. If you do not have one, please contact the learning team at [email protected] for assistance.
Non-Member FAQs
Non-members have access to 5% of general content and can purchase additional content.
