This honour is not intended to recognise work which relates to RCR activities.

Who is eligible for the Gold Medal?

Any Fellow of the College apart from RCR Officers and members of the Honours Committee.

What does the honour recognise?

A Fellow of the College who has made a significant contribution to their field. Whether in imaging, image-guided intervention, or oncology, we invite you to nominate someone whose work has had a lasting impact on patients and/or their profession through:

  • Research
  • Development of new technologies or techniques
  • Education & Training
  • Any other relevant area

How do I nominate someone?

Any Fellow of the College can nominate another Fellow, but you cannot nominate yourself.

Please provide a short statement about the person you would like to nominate showing the impact of their work and the reasons they should receive the Gold Medal (up to 500 words) along with their CV.
