Biography

John is a Consultant Paediatric Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist at St George’s Hospital in London. He undertook his radiology training at Barts and the London and completed two fellowships at Great Ormond Street in diagnostic, then interventional paediatric radiology. His interests include intervention, chest imaging, trauma and medical education.

Biography

Elizabeth works as a Consultant Head and Neck Radiologist in West Yorkshire at a large DGH. Past-President of the BSHNI and current Executive Committee member of the ESHNR, Elizabeth lectures around the world, authors book chapters and papers and is the RCR/ BSHNI Travelling Professor in Head and Neck Radiology. She acts as an Expert Panel Member for the WHO Head and Neck Cancer group and is a Clinical Lecturer at Leeds University Medical School.

Elizabeth has previously been an elected member of the Council of the RCR and the Radiology Faculty Board, and Chair of the BIR Leadership and Management SIG. She obtained a Nye Bevan Certificate in Executive Leadership from the NHS Leadership Academy and has held positions including Clinical Director, Divisional Director, and Associate Medical Director. She was recently awarded Fellowship of the BIR for services to it.

As Travelling Professor Elizabeth aims to enthuse, educate, and encourage an interest in Head and Neck Radiology. Hopefully this will translate into more trainees coming into Head and Neck- a fantastic speciality!

Biography

Iosif is a Consultant Radionuclide Radiologist based in Cambridge with clinical and research expertise in molecular imaging of urogenital malignancies, diffuse kidney disease and endocrine disorders. He is the current National Training Programme Director for Nuclear Medicine and teaching faculty member on the nuclear medicine postgraduate programme at Brighton and Sussex Medical School.

Biography

Appointed in 2009 as a Consultant Cardiothoracic Radiologist at University Hospital Southampton. 

Interests include lung cancer imaging and screening. Cardiac CT and MRI for both adults and children.

Immediate Past President of the British Society of Cardiovascular imaging/ British Society of Cardiovascular CT.

Biography

Trevor has been an Interventional Radiologist since completing radiology training in 1995. He was appointed consultant at the Sheffield Vascular Institute and in 2022 moved to Doncaster for a year. More recently he commenced an IR and Transformational role at University Hospitals Plymouth. He has delivered teaching throughout this time.
