Nominations for the 2026 ORF Trainer Award are now open

Nominations close at 17:00 on Friday 27 November 2026.

The ORF Trainer Award recognises a UK-based consultant clinical oncologist who has made an outstanding contribution to clinical oncology education and training at a local, regional or national level.

The award gives clinical oncology residents an opportunity to recognise trainers whose commitment to teaching, training and supporting residents has made a meaningful difference to their development.

UK-based consultant clinical oncologists.

Who can nominate?

Clinical oncology resident doctors.

Nominations are submitted during the award year, with the selection and formal recognition process continuing into the following year.

For example, nominations for the 2026 ORF Trainer Award are submitted during 2026, with the recipient selected and formally recognised in 2027.
