Help with common login and account issues
We updated our login system on 8 April 2025. What you need to do depends on whether you’ve logged in since then:
- If you have logged in since 8 April 2025
- Request a password reset using the “Forgot password” option.
- If you have not logged in since 8 April 2025
- You’ll need to create a new login, even if you had an account on the old system. Select “Create a new login” on the login page.
Important:
If you create a new login using an email address different from the one we have on record, we won’t be able to recognise you and your membership benefits won’t apply.
If you’re unsure which email address we have on file, please contact us with:
- Your full name
- Your RCR number (if you know it)
Please check the following:
- Your junk or spam folder
- If you use a work email, ask your IT team whether the email has been quarantined
- Our emails are sent from [email protected]
Gmail users:
Also check the “All Mail” folder.
You can update your name, address and phone number via My Profile. If you're a member of the RCR, we may request documentation for things like a change of name.
