The Facilities and Building Services Manager would be pleased to discuss your requirements and advise concerning availability and the provision of refreshments (at extra charge). The room rates for Fellows and members are substantially reduced providing they meet the following criteria:
- The meeting is organised by a group of which membership is open to any RCR member
- The meeting is not for profit and not sponsored by a commercial organisation
- The majority of those attending the meeting are RCR members
- The meeting takes place between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
