Creating a MyRCR account

Anyone can create a MyRCR account. If you're a Fellow or member of the RCR, make sure you sign up with the same email as your membership record, so the website recognises you and pulls through the right details.

If you're not sure which email is on your record, use our Recover your email page.

Account and login issues

It's important not to create a second account if you're having login trouble.

Creating extra accounts means your records can get mixed up which could cause you problems with exam booking, payment history, and more.

Have you tried our Password Reset page?

If you’ve already tried to reset your password, but haven’t received an email from the RCR, check your Junk or Spam folder.

If you can’t access your email, try resetting that first through your email provider.

If you have recently updated your password, your old password could still be saved in your browser, try clearing it and re-typing in your password.

If you recently changed your password and are having trouble with it, your browser may have an old password saved. Try clearing any saved passwords and re-entering your new one.

And if you haven’t yet tried resetting your password, please visit our Password Reset page.

Have you tried our Recover your email page?

If you can’t access your email, try resetting that first through your email provider.

Please make sure the email you're trying matches your membership record, by using our Recover your email tool. If it's wrong, Update your preferred email in MyRCR.
