How to sign in to the website
All website users need to sign in to the website to purchase publications, register for exams, submit events to the radiology/oncology meetings diaries and to update the details we hold on you. RCR Fellows and members also need to sign in to the website to access online benefits such as online booking for oncology or radiology events, the CPD Library, Case of the Month, AuditLive, Audit Library.
All RCR Fellows and members can have a website account and will be able to sign into the website. If you have never signed into the site, you will need to register. To sign in to the website, click on the orange ‘Login’ button in the top right-hand corner of the page and enter your log-in details. Your username is the email address you’ve designated as your main email address in the RCR’s records (if you need a reminder of this email address, please email email@example.com or call +44 20 7406 5951 – we’ll ask you a series of security questions so please have your College membership number ready). Please see below for what to do if you’ve forgotten your password. Due to new security measures, you may be asked to change your password on your initial login to the site. Passwords must match the following requirements:
- Passwords must be at least 7 characters long.
- Passwords must include at least 1 digit.
- Passwords cannot have 4 consecutive letters.
- Passwords cannot match certain disallowed passwords.
- Passwords must not contain your username.
Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be able to access all content available to you and book events and purchase publications. To update the details we hold on you, make payments such as your subscription fee, and access materials for any courses you’re booked on, click on the orange ‘MyRCR’ button at the top of the page.
How to register on the website
If you are a Fellow and member using the site for the first time, please register here. You will need to provide your date of birth for us to verify your correct details. Once you’ve registered, you’ll be able to access all content available to you and book events, purchase publications and access all member-only content. To update the details we hold on you, make payments such as your subscription fee, and access materials for any events you’re booked on, click on the orange ‘MyRCR’ button at the top of the page.
If you are not a member of the College, you can register here for a guest account. This will enable you to purchase publications online, add events to the external events diary and register for exams.
How to change your username and password
To change your username and password, sign in to the website using the orange ‘Login’ button and then go to edit your membership details. Click on ‘Update your login email and password’ under ‘Personal details’. Follow the instructions on the webpage to complete the process.
What to do if you’ve forgotten your password
If you’ve forgotten your password, please go to the request new password page and follow the instructions to reset your password. The password reset process works as follows:
- You’ll first need to enter your username (email address) and click ‘Email new password’
- You’ll then receive an automated email that contains a link to a dedicated, secure page on the RCR website – click on the link in the email to access that page (please note that the link will only be active for 24 hours after you receive the email)
- On the webpage, please click on ‘Log in’ and create a new password following the instructions on the page.
Please note: for your security, the password reset process is now completely automated. RCR staff do not have any access to website users’ passwords and will be unable to either tell you what your password is or reset your password for you.
What to do if you’ve forgotten your username
Your username is the email address in our records that you’ve indicated is your main email. If you can’t remember what this is, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 20 7406 5951, and we’ll be able to help you. Please have your College membership number ready – we’ll also ask you a series of security questions before letting you know your username.
