In partnership with the Queen Elizabeth radiology department will be looking to put on a series of lectures ranging from the application of radiology in fields such as sports medicine to the involvement of radiology in trauma and the military.
There will be range of opportunities to ask the questions you’ve been burning to ask and develop your networking skills.
Attending our careers evening should not be missed, where we will be exploring what radiology as a speciality can offer and what projects you, as students, can get involved in.
If that is not exciting enough, we will be looking to provide a range of incentives from free pizza to certificates for your medical portfolios.
RadSoc will also be looking to assist our students throughout the year with OSCE practice and revision sessions for both preclinical and clinical students. Whether it maybe MJM, BAB, regional anatomy or the dreaded OSCEs, radiology is a speciality that applies to all of medicine and surgery and we will be here to help.
These sessions will need keen and enthusiastic students to both lead the required sessions as well as attend in order to gain words of wisdom.
