New home, new vision. As the College moves its annual conference out of London for the first time in over 20 years, take a peek at what RCR17 in Liverpool holds in store
The Annual Scientific Meeting is changing.
The 2017 conference will be held in Liverpool – almost 30 years after we held our 25th annual meeting there in 1989.
But this is more than just a relocation.
RCR17 will continue to offer unrivalled opportunities for education, learning, and networking with fellow clinicians.
We’ll have the usual mix of keynote talks from leading experts, CPD presentations, lectures, workshops, demonstrations, poster competitions and an exhibition of organisations from across our specialities.
But RCR17 will push the boundaries with new and innovative ways to share experience and gain knowledge.
We will be stepping away from the traditional by offering more opportunities for interactive sessions, workshops and blended learning. As well as dedicated sessions for trainees and specialists.
RCR17 will offer the multiple, dedicated lecture streams for radiologists and oncologists that you - the more than 800 clinicians who attend this three-day event every year - are used to.
These lecture streams give a wide choice of topics for both radiology and oncology colleagues, but 2017 will see an even more in-depth programme on offer for oncologists.
And our new venue - the award-winning ECL - offers the state of the art facilities needed to demonstrate the latest developments at the cutting edge of radiology and oncology.
As the ASM has done for many years, RCR17 will help support you to deliver the best service and care to your patients. In 2017. And for many years to come.
RCR17 - come and join us in Liverpool.
