SIOG, is the front runner in channelling the knowledge and skills of health professionals to help determine the top priorities and actions in clinical settings for advancing the effectiveness of including geriatric protocols in the treatment and care of our older cancer patients. Continuing the success of previous SIOG Annual Conferences, this 19th edition will once again bring together leading experts, professionals and academics from around the world to exchange knowledge, experience, and insights around cancer in ageing across diverse clinical settings and industries. The conference will feature speakers from among the world’s leading experts in this field, for advancing the understanding and the practice of this multidisciplinary approach.
The SIOG Annual Conference is returning to Geneva, its home, just before SIOG’s 20th Anniversary!Embedded between the nearby Alpine peaks and the hilly terrain of the Jura, the French-speaking city of Geneva lies in the bay where the Rhone leaves Lake Geneva. With its humanitarian tradition and cosmopolitan flair, the European seat of the United Nations and headquarters of the Red Cross, Geneva is known as the «capital of peace».
