We look forward to welcoming you to this exciting event on Monday 10th June. Held in central London, this one day symposium is a unique opportunity to join clinicians and scientists to discuss the role of radiotherapy in a stratified approach to the treatment of oesophageal cancer. Topics of focus include the biology of oesophageal cancer, the current role of radiotherapy in oesophageal cancer management and research advances that seek to improve its efficacy, including in prehabilitation, radiomics and technical radiotherapy. Finally, the potential to embed these and other areas of research in to the proposed Oelixir Research Programme - which brings together existing genomic research in Cambridge with the UK Oesophagogastric Cancer Research Network - will be outlined.
