Oncological Imaging Course

Join us for our multidisciplinary oncology-focused imaging course in London, showcasing the very best in cancer imaging. The event is a collaboration between Paul Strickland Scanner Centre and Mount Vernon Cancer Centre.

The course is held on Friday, 25 October 2019 and Saturday, 26 October 2019 and delegates can choose to attend only one, or both days.

Delegates will understand how close collaboration between radiologists and oncologists can optimise management for cancer patients.

A CPD certificate will be issued to all participants.

Day 1 - Radiologist-led (Royal College of Radiologists)

Day 1 of the course focusses on imaging for different tumour types with interactive case-based lectures and discussions, delivered jointly by experts from clinical radiology and oncology highlighting key learning points from both disciplines.

Day 2 - Radiographer-led (Mount Vernon Hospital)

Day 2 will focus on understanding and consolidating the roles of diagnostic radiology and radiotherapy in the treatment of oncology patients' treatment planning through to delivery, delivered jointly by specialist diagnostic and therapy radiographers.
