Join Dr Amarnath Challapalli for the Skin Cancer meeting, bringing together national experts to provide delegates with an update on the evolving and current treatment strategies in the management of malignant melanoma and non-melanomatous skin cancers (NMSC). This will be a face to face meeting along with a virtual skin cancer multi-disciplinary team. The meeting will be using a case-based approach in the virtual MDT and an interactive session about common clinical dilemmas. The programme will feature lectures in the morning and early afternoon with a virtual MDT in the late afternoon. This format will provide an informative update/refresher on the various aspects of the management of both melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers.

Learning outcomes

  • To update on current treatment strategies in the management of malignant melanoma and non-melanomatous skin cancers (NMSC)
  • Evaluate common clinical dilemmas in NMSC
  • Illustrate and apply a variety of approaches to the management of both melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers.

Skin cancer management is multi-disciplinary. The meeting is aimed at consultants and trainees in oncology and other specialists such as dermatologists, plastic surgeons, maxillofacial surgeons to attend the meeting.
