Learning Products Manager job vacancy

Salary: £51,796 per annum rising £57,247 per annum following two years continuous service, plus excellent benefits
Location: Central London with flexible working
Hours: Full-time/35 hours per week
Contractual status: Permanent 

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Learning Products Manager to join The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR), a charity with a focus on supporting doctors to deliver medical imaging and cancer services.

This is a new and great opportunity for a proactive learning technology/design professional to accelerate the strategic development of the RCR’s educational and learning offer for clinical radiologists and clinical oncologists at all stages of their career, wherever they practice. Working flexibly, this role will involve a high level of collaboration with internal colleagues, clinical subject matter experts, and external suppliers to ensure blended learning offers are meeting the needs of our members and Fellows. You will work with three direct reports and the wider team to maximise the potential of existing products, alongside designing, and developing new, financially viable products, delivered digitally and in person. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Focus on creating high quality content and learning experiences.
  • Harness best practice methodologies alongside the latest innovations.
  • Ensure excellent UX on our learning management system.

What you’ll need: 

  • Experience of end-to-end project management.
  • Experience of developing and managing online learning resources.
  • Experience of leading a team and upskilling colleagues
