We are looking for a talented Examinations and Committee Administration Assistant with organisational, initiative and people skills to thrive in a medical charity focussing on supporting doctors to deliver medical imaging and cancer services!
This is an exciting opportunity to join The Royal College of Radiologists’ (RCR) Examinations Operations Team. The team is seeking an organised and efficient Examinations and Committee Administration Assistant with a good knowledge of committee procedures and processes, to support and service the RCR’s exam committee meetings, including producing agendas, taking minutes/actions, organising travel and booking facilities.The postholder will help contribute to the strategic aims of The College by leading on the process of examiner committee recruitment which is going through exciting growth. They will also be responsible for the booking and management of examination venues.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator, able to work collaboratively with colleagues, examiners, and chairs of relevant committees. They will also have excellent administrative and the ability to multitask as well as plan and prioritise a varied workload. It is important that the successful candidate has a commitment to providing a professional, friendly and proactive service.The postholder will be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
