The Global Partnerships Manager is a newly created role that aims to advance and drive forward the RCR’s global (non-philanthropic) work. The role sits within the Executive Office, however, the post-holder will work closely with a wide range of teams across the organisation, gaining a full understanding of the RCR’s functions. They will then use that knowledge to forge partnerships globally, build relationships and identify opportunities to develop deep relationships with a small number of countries at first, expanding thereafter. Each relationship will be bespoke but include a range of RCR’s programmes such as exams, education and learning, iRefer (our decision support tool), quality standards and membership.
The Global Partnership Manager will be the primary link with key countries, forging and deepening relationships across the College, troubleshooting issues as they arise, facilitating links, and ensuring the success of our global strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the global development of a highly respected UK organisation.
The successful candidate will have experience of rapidly and significantly expanding an organisation’s global reach through their ability to build and cultivate relationships, spot and exploit potential opportunities and think analytically, offering practical solutions to problems.
If this sounds like the opportunity for you then please view the Global Partnerships Manager candidate pack for more information on the role, the RCR and for instructions on how to apply.
The closing date for applications is midnight on Sunday 10 January 2021. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend first stage interviews on 19 and 20 January with final stage interviews taking place on Friday 29 January 2021.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic the interviews for this role will be held remotely via video conference. As part of our emergency response to Covid-19 it is likely the successful candidate will work remotely for a period of time before we complete a phased return back to the office.
