The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) is looking for an Examinations Administration Assistant to support the Examinations Operations Team. The Examinations Administration Assistant will provide a flexible, responsive administrative/clerical service to the administrators who manage the practicalities of running our exams as well as acting as the first responder to the exam email inbox and phone queries and servicing the Directorates exam committee meetings.
The successful candidate will focus on ensuring that all exam queries are responded to in line with service level agreements and that responses meet customer service standards, RCR values and brand identity guidelines. In addition, the post holder will work with managers and administrators to schedule committee meetings, ensuring all practical arrangements are in place for these, circulating agendas and creating meeting minutes. The role will also entail providing general exam administrative support on a flexible basis. This is a varied role and would suit someone with some experience with working in an examination, assessment or educational setting as well as experience in handling high volumes of detailed work and meeting strict deadlines. It would also be beneficial for candidates to have good knowledge of committee procedures and processes.
