The Change 100 programme supports graduates with disabilities and long-term health conditions by providing opportunities for professional growth and career development.
The programme is run by Leonard Cheshire, a chairity that supports disabled people and works with organisations to adopt inclusive practices.
The RCR has worked with Change 100 interns during paid placements lasting between 8 and 12 weeks. Participating in the programme has helped us to improve our awareness and understanding of disability as an employer, and promote an inclusive working environment.
