DDMFR Part B Examination

The Diploma in Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology (DDMFR) examination is a requirement for satisfactory completion of specialist training in Dental & Maxillofacial Radiology.  It examines candidates on all aspects of dental & maxillofacial radiology against the curriculum. Structure

The DDMFR Part B examination comprises three components; a written question paper, a reporting session and an oral examination.  The three components are held in London on consecutive days, with the written paper and the reporting session on the first day and the oral examination on the second day.

Entry requirements

Candidates who have passed the DDMFR Part A examination are permitted to enter the DDMFR Part B examination upon completion of three years of accredited dental and maxillofacial radiology training.
