A comprehensive study day where we will learn how the NHS and Medical Defence Union handle complaints and litigation as well as learning the legal profession’s perspective. In addition we will discuss some brief hypothetical scenarios to determine where fault might lie, and learn a few tips and tricks to help us avoid getting into trouble in the first place.
