How to prepare to be an FRCR 2B examiner

This one-day course is aimed at consultants who have a significant involvement in teaching and assessment of radiology trainees and who are interested in becoming FRCR 2B examiners.  Topics covered will include the current exam structure, the principles of FRCR 2B marking and future developments for the exam. We will also discuss the features of a good exam case, the characteristics that identify a clear passing candidate and the experience of being an examiner.  Delegates will be encouraged to submit an oral case one week prior to the course and will receive constructive feedback from the faculty that will include several current and past FRCR 2B examiners
