This programme features speakers from all over the UK, combining pitfalls sessions in various specialities looking at common errors made in reporting and how toavoid them, with more general sessions including how to run a successful radiology
errors and learning meeting (REALM), guidance from the authors of the new REALM standards document, candour and the radiologist, dealing with our mistakes and living with our mistakes, burnout and resilience.
