Following the success of the last Clinical Directors Day we will again be running a full day programme for all Clinical Directors exploring the challenges being faced in running an effective radiology service with the severe constraints of services. We have a number of speakers to facilitate discussions around these topics, but the day is also an opportunity for networking and learning from each other. Spaces are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
Registration will begin at 8.45am with meeting close at 4.15pm. The day will cover; What the RCR is doing to support clinical radiology services, workforce planning development, Recruitment and Retention, Job planning, dealing with difficult situations, when things go wrong and much more.
