Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS)

The radiology society looks to be a wonderful addition to the BSMS experience. Providing immersive opportunities to experience what radiology has to offer those BSMS students already interested in radiology, those seeking deeper insight into this diverse specialty, or those simply keeping their options open. To promote radiology as a career and discipline, the society's events will look to involve expert guest speakers, lectures and workshops, in addition to the peer teaching opportunities that the society aims to provide in both carrying out sate and appropriate, common radiological investigations such as ultrasound, as well as learning about methods of interpreting these and other radiological investigations. The latter is a skill important for all budding doctors to compete in, regardless of the stage of their training, since all medics are required to interpret imaging at some point in their career.
