What could be the reason why I can no longer see my Clinical supervisor on my dashboard neither can I send them appraisal/assessments to complete for me?

Clinical Supervisors are assigned for a period of time (usually for the length of rotation) and will fall off your dashboard once the date elapses - in this case, you'll need to assign an additional supervisor to complete appraisals for you.

I need to complete an appraisal for my trainee but can’t find them under my connections, what could be the reason for this?

This is because they have not assigned you as their Clinical or Educational supervisor or maybe did assign you previously but the assigned period has now elapsed, therefore fallen off their dashboard - please ask them to assign/reassign you.

How do I sign off ARCP forms for some of our trainees, and where do I find them?

When you're invited to complete and sign off events, they sit on your Timeline awaiting action from you - you can also find them by clicking the red bell at the top right hand of your landing page. Please access User Guide for guidance on how to complete/assign off ARCP form

How do I view details of my trainee’s completed WpBA on their summary page?

Each completed WpBA being displayed on trainees summary page has a preview button, please click on the preview button to view the form in details 

How do I complete an interim review for my trainee who’s currently on OOPA?

Why am I not able to invite myself to sign off ARCP forms that I’m currently completing for my trainees?You cannot invite yourself to complete/sign off an ARCP form you started - you can invite someone or let someone else invite you.

How do I access trainees' timelines?

To access trainees' timelines, please click on their timeline dropdown and click the timeline again.

Where do I find trainees’ completed ARCP forms in their portfolio?

Trainees' completed ARCP form can be found in the ARCP section of their portfolio - from the navigation bar, click on Timeline, then ARCP to find completed ARCP forms 

What could be the reason why I’m unable to find and invite the ARCP panel chair/member for completion and sign off of ARCP forms that I'm currently prepopulating?

This is either because they have not been assigned the right role or have not been assigned the same location as you.

Can ARCP form be completed and signed off from the admin login?

ARCP can be completed from an Admin login but can't be signed off - it will need to be sent to another user with the right role to sign it off. Please access User Guide for guidance on how to complete ARCP forms 

Can I update other users’ Kaizen profiles especially email as an Admin?

Not at the moment, hopefully in the near future

Discontinuation of support for Internet Explorer

Kaizen users will no longer be able to login to the system through Internet Explorer from 1st July 2020. This is because the developers of the system (Fry IT) are discontinuing support for the browser in order to allow them to offer the best possible user experience across the platform. This applies to all versions of the browser. Their decision came as a result of Microsoft's introduction of Edge as a browser to supersede Internet Explorer in 2015. Internet Explorer has received no major updates and uses technology which does not support modern web standards while users are being discouraged from continued use by Microsoft.

We, therefore, recommend that you download and install any of the following version of browsers which are supported;
