The event is principally aimed at clinical oncology trainees wishing to develop, or further their academic career.

This event is run over two days, with a welcome meeting on the evening of 27 June to be held at St Hilda's College followed by an optional banquet dinner. The location changes to the Old Road Campus Research Building on 28 June.

Delegates can attend for one or both days.  Please ensure you select the correct fee when booking to include or exclude accommodation as required.

Delegates wishing to cancel or transfer a place on a meeting:

  • On or before Friday 12 May 2017: Will be entitled to transfer their fee to another meeting within 12 months or a refund minus a £15 administration fee
  • On or between Monday 15 May and Monday 12 June 2017: Will be entitled to transfer their fee to another meeting within 12 months or a refund minus a £25 administration fee
  • On or after Tuesday 13 June 2017: No transfer or refund permitted



Accommodation will be available for delegates at St Anne’s College, Oxford, for the night of Tuesday 27th June regardless of whether attending the dinner.
