Order form for publications and guidelines

On the publication list, College reports and guidelines are listed in order of date of publication. Publications should be ordered, using the form below, from the Publications Administrator. Orders will not be processed without full payment. A charge is made for postage and packing for orders from overseas members and from non-members, and there is a charge of £3.50 to non-members for items marked * on the publication list.

How to order

1. Print out the order form below, and complete the details on both sections of the form.
2. Calculate the total cost.
3. Add postage (%) for overseas orders.
4. Include cheque with order, payable to 'The Royal College of Radiologists'.
5. Send order and payment to the Publications Administrator, at the address given below, with membership and delivery details.
6. Allow 28 days for delivery.
