Booking

The RCR19 Conference dinner will take place on Tuesday 15 October 2019 at Piccolino Restaurant, Liverpool.

Tickets can be purchased for £35 (additional tickets can be purchased for the same price). Your ticket includes an arrival drink and three-course meal. Further drinks will be available to purchase at the bar. 

Please note that this is not included in the RCR19 conference registration fee. 

Tickets 

Members and Fellows can purchase tickets using the link below which will give you the option of buying up to 2 tickets. Please note that if you are buying more than 1 ticket the PLD team will contact you after your booking has been made to ask for your guest names and dietary requirements.

If you are not a member of the College please complete the registration form below and return it, with payment either by email to  or post to The Conference Office, The Royal College of Radiologists, 63 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2A 3JW.

Dietary requirements 

Please note that the deadline for dietary requirements is 12 noon on Friday 4 October. You can indicate your own requirements whilst making your booking, and make any changes by emailing . As noted above, the PLD team will contact you directly for guest information. 

Dress code 

Please note that there is no formal dress code for the dinner.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund policy

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing or by email to the Conference and Programmes Officer: 

Delegates wishing to cancel or transfer a place on a meeting:

  • On or before Monday 2 September 2019 will be entitled to transfer their fee to another meeting within 12 months or a refund minus a £15 administration fee
  • Between Tuesday 3 September and Monday 30 September 2019 will be entitled to transfer their fee to another meeting within 12 months or a refund minus a £25 administration fee
  • On or after Tuesday 1 October no transfer or refund permitted.
