The RCR17 Conference dinner will take place on Tuesday 12 September 2017 at St George's Hall, Liverpool.

Tickets can be purchased for £60 (addtional tickets can be purchased for the same price). Your ticket includes a three-course meal, arrival drink, 1/2 bottle of table wine and entertainment provided by local covers band Harlequin.

Please note that this is not included in the RCR17 conference registration fee. This dinner is also open to non-RCR17 delegates.

Members and Fellows can purchase tickets using the link below which will give you the option of buying upto 4 tickets. Please note that if you are buying more than 1 ticket the PLD team will contact you after your booking has been made to ask for your guest names and dietary requirements.

Dietary requirements 

Please note that the deadline for dietary requirements is 12 noon on Friday 25 August. You can indicate your own requirements whilst making your booking, and make any changes by emailing conf@rcr.ac.uk. As noted above, the PLD team will contact you directly for guest information.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund policy

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing or by email to the Conference and Programmes Officer: 

Delegates wishing to cancel or transfer a place on a meeting:

On or before Monday 31 July 2017 will be entitled to transfer their fee to another meeting within 12 months or a refund minus a £15 administration fee

Between Tuesday 1 August and Monday 28 August 2017 will be entitled to transfer their fee to another meeting within 12 months or a refund minus a £25 administration fee

On or after Tuesday 29 August 2017 no transfer or refund permitted.
