Title: Introduction of a Radiographer-performed Hysterosalpingogram Service.

Background to the audit
Hysterosalpingograms (HSG) were performed and reported in our institution by a Consultant Radiologist until Oct. 2003. 
This Consultant then took a job elsewhere. From this time until December 2007 no formal service for HSG was offered by
Radiology. Instead, they were performed by Gynaecology Registrars and Consultants with the assistance of a Radiographer. 
The images were then reviewed and reported by a Consultant Radiologist.
