Candidates who have passed all six modules of the Final FRCR Part A Examination are permitted to enter the Final FRCR Part B Examination once 3 years of clinical radiology training have been completed.
The examination is held twice a year, normally in April and October.
The College holds two Joint examinations per year with partner organisations. Each Spring the Final FRCR Part B Examination is held in conjunction with the Final Master of Medicine (Diagnostic Radiology) examination of the National University of Singapore. This is organised by the University and held in Singapore.
Each Autumn a Joint Final FRCR/FHKCR Part B Examination for the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists and Hong Kong College of Radiologists is organised by the Hong Kong College and held in Hong Kong.
