Clinical Radiology is the monthly scientific journal of the Faculty of Clinical Radiology. Papers are published on all aspects of diagnostic imaging, including original research, editorials and review articles. Papers on radiological protection, quality assurance, audit in radiology and matters related to radiological training or education are included. Each issue also contains correspondence, book reviews and notices of forthcoming events. 
All papers (with the exception of some case reports) are submitted to peer review and the Editors reserve the right to edit papers in preparation for publication in the journal. Authors are asked to observe the Instructions to Authors. Authors should note that less than 10% of submitted case reports are accepted for publication.
We aim to give submitting authors a decision on their paper within seven weeks. The mean turnaround time is 54 days. The average time taken from acceptance to publication in the journal is six months.
Clinical Radiology has an a current ISI Impact Factor of 1.665, and is abstracted/indexed in: Biological Abstracts, Chemical Abstracts, BIOBASE/Current Awareness in Biological Sciences, Current Contents Clinical Medicine, EMBASE, Index Medicus, Nuclear Science Abstracts, Research Alert, Science Citation Index, SciSearch and Social Sciences Citation Index, Sociedad Iberoamericana de Informacion Cientifica.
