Revalidation tools
To help Fellows and members provide the supporting information they will need to achieve revalidation, the RCR has developed a series of tools and templates which clinical oncologists and clinical radiologists could use as a practical means of collecting and documenting their supporting information.
These tools can be downloaded free of charge, completed and used in annual appraisal and revalidation.
We do not expect doctors to use every tool, only a selection as appropriate to the individual’s area of practice.
We would welcome any feedback from those who use the tools as we would expect them to develop and evolve as revalidation is implemented.
