The Function of the Board of the Faculty is to manage the affairs of the Faculty and to be responsible for implementation of the policy as laid down by Council, as it appertains to that Faculty. The Board comprises the Dean, Warden, Editor and Registrar of the Faculty ex-officio, the President and Treasurer ex-officio, eight elected members and not more than four co-opted members. The elected members are elected by members and Fellows on the electoral roll of the appropriate Faculty. They are elected for a fixed term of three years and must be members of the College.
