On the day the session will mimic a SABR MDT meeting. Delegates will receive detailed feedback on their own contouring and learn in-depth about SABR planning and evaluation. FRCR part 1 session Dr Louise Hanna's presentation will discuss the different aspects of FRCR exams, attainment of which marks an important step in the progression of trainees. It will include an overview of the FRCR suite covering off the purpose of assessment for each exam, how exams are quality assured (examiner training, question performance, marking calibration measures) and how the reformatted CO2B exam introduced late last year is performing and what the examiners are seeing - and want to see - in that new style assessment. NOTCH The NOTCH session at ATOM will provide an opportunity to hear all about the National Oncology Trainee Collaborative for Healthcare Research (NOTCH), and how you can get involved! NOTCH is a UK wide multi-centre Oncology research collaborative that is trainee born and bred - aiming to involve trainees in our multi-centre projects across the UK, and running events including our Annual Research Symposium. We are open to both clinical and medical oncology trainees and aim to ensure that trainees receive research training and experience that will benefit them both now and in their future careers, whilst also delivering meaningful outputs that impact positively on the care that patients receive. During our session at ATOM you can hear all about our current projects, opportunities to get involved both regionally and nationally, and the exciting plans and collaborations we have coming up soon! |
